Each year we invite law graduates with a strong academic background and the right personal qualities to join our Trainee Solicitor Programme. Over the years, we have worked with many trainee solicitors and witnessed their successful developments in their careers, both in the legal and non-legal fields. Many of our partners and associates are alumni of our Trainee Solicitor Programme and it is one of our goals to groom professional talent within the firm.

Our trainee solicitors sit within our different practice areas during their two-year training. They work alongside with our experienced legal professionals, receiving supervision and guidance. They are expected to demonstrate sufficient legal knowledge and skill, be self-motivated, well-organized, diligent, and dedicated to meeting our clients’ needs whenever required.

The Training Contract typically commences in August or September of the year. Applications should be made one year in advance, preferably from April to June in the previous year. Applicants should provide copies of certificates of all academic qualifications, copies of reference letters from all legal internships together with a full resume in their application.
