    Acted for asset management companies and successfully obtained an entirely favourable arbitral award in an arbitration conducted at HKIAC which involved complex stock-loan transactions of internationally listed shares with value of over USD500 millions with costs.

    Handled various arbitration cases, which involved share transfer dispute concerning a Hong Kong listed company; construction dispute concerning price fluctuation of raw materials (acted for a developer in a local infrastructure project); dispute arising from the supply of heavy industrial machinery for a cross-border infrastructure project; alleged misrepresentation in rendering investment advice by a financial institution, etc.

    Acted for a billionaire’s asset-holding company in a litigation which involved return of investment capital arising out of a mega acquisition deal.

    Acted for an investment company as Hong Kong counsel in a litigation conducted in Singapore which involved complex stock-loan transactions and tracing of sale proceeds of collaterals with value over CAD 130 millions.

    Acted for listed companies in claiming against former directors for breach of fiduciary duties.

    Acted for Fintech companies which provide virtual assets custodial services in litigations which involved misappropriation of cryptocurrency.

    Acted for a corporate victim of a mega investment fraud case which involved multi-layers of holding entities/funds to hold pre-IPO shares in the US.

    Handled disputes relating to offshore Limited Partnership Fund which holds hundreds of millions of assets.
