Experience

Holly has extensive experience in criminal litigation matters and frequently represents clients in a wide range of criminal offences and is familiar with all stages of criminal investigations and prosecutions by different law enforcement agencies such as the Hong Kong Police, the Customs & Excise Department, the Labour Department and the Independent Commission Against Corruption.

She also has substantial experience on all aspects of family law, including divorce and separation, contentious and non-contentious child-related and financial issues, and has experience handling complex cases with cross-border elements including relocations and overseas assets. She has also appeared in the Family Court as a sole advocate.

Holly handles a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters and she has also represented clients in mediation and international arbitration matters, involving contractual disputes, defamation, fraud and asset tracing, enforcement of Hong Kong and foreign judgments and arbitral awards.

She also advises on inheritance and succession matters, making applications for grants of representation in Hong Kong and sealing of foreign grants, and has experience in handling probate and administration disputes.
